The 50 stores and services at Westgate Shopping Centre are proud to be able provide our patrons with a wide variety of services and merchandise in one convenient location. WHEELCHAIR LOAN: Wheelchairs are available for loan Free of charge through the Mall Administration. Please contact us at (613) 722-3433.

LOST AND FOUND: The Mall operates a Lost and Found Service that is located in the Food Court. Please contact Food Court Attendant or call (613) 722-3433.

COMMUNITY BOOTH: Westgate’s Community Commitment Program includes an opportunity for charitable groups to increase awareness and /or raise funds for their specific causes. To enquire about space for your organization contact Leah Dixon at the Administration Office (613) 722-3433.

POST OFFICE: There is a full-service postal outlet located in our 24 Hour Shoppers Drug Mart .There is one exterior mailbox located outside of the Royal Bank.

PASSPORT PHOTOS: Superior Photo and Shoppers Drug Mart both offer passport photo services.

FAX AND PHOTO COPYING SERVICES: Superior Photo located in the Lower Level provides faxing, photo copying services and photo restoration.

TICKET MASTER: There is a Ticket Master location in Superior Photo (613) 722-8625, which is located in the lower level.

BUS PASSES AND TICKETS: You can purchase monthly bus passes and tickets at Shoppers Drug Mart and the Lottery Booth.

TRANSIT INFORMATION: There are a number of bus routes that service Westgate Shopping Centre with stops located outside of the Royal Bank or the perimeter stops are located on Carling Ave and Merivale Rd.

BANKING: The Mall has two banks, TD Canada Trust and Royal Bank as well as two exterior banking machines.

MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE BUREAU: This location provides Driver’s Licence Renewals, Licence Plate Stickers, and Accessible Parking Permits. For more information, please call (613) 728-4973.

MEDICAL / DENTAL SERVICES: The Mall has a variety of professional services including Appletree Medical Centre , Bioped , Capital Optical , Family Physiotherapy , Westgate Dental Centre and Shoppers Home Health Care.
